e-Builder’s Leaders Bring a Wealth of Experience Across a Variety of Industries
Ron Antevy President and CEO
Ron Antevy teamed with his brother Jon in 1998 to lead e-Builder. Under his leadership, the company has consistently grown over 30% per year - profitably and without debt.
Prior to e-Builder, Ron held various senior management positions in the construction and environmental services industries, including regional Director of Operations for Waste Management, where he managed 19 facilities with 200 employees and annual revenues in excess of $150 million.
Ron is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He is member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Florida. He is also a member of the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering – University of Florida Advisory Board and the Nova Southeastern University Ambassadors Board.
Jon Antevy Co-Founder
Jon Antevy is a recognized leader in the field of construction program management software. Following his Master’s thesis research of multimedia and Internet applications for the construction industry, he launched e-Builder. Before founding e-Builder, Jon worked for several construction companies as a pre-construction services specialist.
In 1995, he was nominated by Engineering News-Record magazine as one of the Top 25 Newsmakers of the Year for his work to move practical construction applications onto the Web for the first time. In October 2012, Jon was awarded the Construction Writer’s Association most prestigious honor, the Silver Hard Hat Award. Since the inception of the University of Florida Gator 100 in 2015, e-Builder has made the list as one of the 100 fastest-growing Gator-owned or Gator-led businesses in the world.
He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction, and a Bachelor’s degree in Design from the University of Florida.
Jeanne Prayther Chief Financial Officer
Jeanne T. Prayther, CPA serves as Chief Financial Officer of e-Builder. Jeanne joined e-Builder in 2014 and has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate accounting field.
She served as Chief Financial Officer of Prolexic Technologies, Inc. In 2012 and 2013, she led a sale of the company to Akamai Technologies for $400 million. Previously, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Maritime Telecommunications, Chief Accounting Officer of Woodbridge Holdings, Vice President and Corporate Controller of Mastec Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of Daleen Technologies. Jeanne served with KPMG LLP, from 1988 to 2000, where she served as Senior Assurance Manager and her specialties included auditing, financial reporting compliance and the design and implementation of financial controls and procedures for privately held and publicly traded clients.
Jeanne graduated from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Rafael E. Santos Chief Technology Officer
Rafael E. Santos
Rafael Santos has 20+ years of increasing responsibility in the software industry with deep expertise in product development, software architecture, QA, and user experience. Rafael joined e-Builder in 2016. As the e-Builder’s CTO, Rafael is responsible for product management, engineering, QA, user experience, SaaS cloud operations and corporate IT.
Rafael spent over 7 years on the leadership team at Ultimate Software, where at one point he managed a 250-person engineering and QA team. Rafael also served for 2 years at the VP of Product at Rocket Matter, a legal practice management SaaS solution.
Greg Blackman Senior Vice President
Greg Blackman has over 27 years of experience in the software industry. In his current role at e-Builder, he is responsible for setting the strategy and direction for all go-to-market activities including sales, marketing, product and partner management. In addition, he oversees post-sales efforts including implementation and support ensuring the LTV of each customer.
Prior to joining e-Builder, Greg spent many years as the Vice President of Field Operations for SAP Americas where he was responsible for all products in the SAP portfolio. He and his teams had responsibility for revenue and income representing over $700m in revenue. Greg has a successful track record of building sales, marketing, and services organizations and growing the revenue stream for the companies he's served.
Greg attended Rutgers University and New Jersey Institute of Technology and earned degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science.
Chris Bell Vice President, Marketing
Chris Bell serves as the Vice President of Marketing leading all aspects of marketing including market strategy, product marketing, demand generation, CRM, brand strategy, public relations, and social media.
Throughout his 20+ year career, Chris has leveraged a unique blend of backgrounds from the engineering & construction industry, project & program management, and software industry to position tech companies for growth. He most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at ARES Project Management and Active Risk. He also served as VP of Product Strategy & Management at Deltek and key marketing roles at Oracle | Primavera and AECOM.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mansfield University, a PMP from Boston University, and PM Leadership from Construction Industry Institute.
Lisa Ruggieri Vice President, Professional Services
Lisa Ruggieri has over 15 years of leading Project Management Offices. She played a senior level role in Client Portfolio, Program, and Project Management at notable companies like Black Box Network Services, Comcast Corporation and Maritime Telecommunications Network. She has provided senior level leadership which had overall responsibility for delivery of all enterprise, small medium business network infrastructure solutions and Operations projects in support of a $1B provider of IT and Managed Services solutions.
Lisa obtained her undergraduate education from University of California, Irvine. She holds certifications in Performance Management, Managing Teams, Coaching to Achieve Personal Best, Effective Communication Skills for Management, Tools for Time Management, and earned a Construction Project Management Certificate of Completion from Columbia University.
Dan Boron Vice President, Customer Success & Support
Dan Boron has over 20 years of experience focusing on client success and customer support. In his current role at e-Builder, he leads both the customer support and client success teams. As a member of the executive leadership team, he is responsible for elevating the voice of our clients within the organization to ensure we continue to deliver an industry-leading experience throughout our lifelong relationships with our clients.
Before joining e-Builder, Dan held various executive positions including Vice President at FTD, Inc., where he led the e-commerce technology platform business for the North American Florist Members. Prior to FTD, he was the Vice President of the National Call Centers for the brokerage and retirement business at JP Morgan Chase. He was also selected to participate in the Store Leadership Program at The Home Depot where he, along with other MBA Graduates and Military Officers, rotated through all divisions of the company to learn and promote positive change.
Dan earned his MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management with a focus on finance and technology in 2001. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University – Bloomington in 1994.
Joe Eberly Vice President of Sales
Joe Eberly joined e-Builder in 2009 and brings over 24 years of experience in the software, consulting and construction industries. He currently serves on the Senior Leadership Team as the Vice President of Sales for the Owner and Contractor Markets. During his tenure at e-Builder, Joe has been involved in qualifying, negotiating and closing the largest opportunities in company history and has been responsible for leading the Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Account Management and Sales Engineering teams through more than ten years of consistent high-growth sales.
Prior to joining e-Builder, Joe held various sales, consulting and leadership roles with IBM, JDEdwards, Channelpoint, and RealFoundations and in 2005 was the Co-Founder & Managing Director of a Construction Material Management consulting firm in the homebuilding industry, where he was responsible for all aspects of establishing, funding and operating the company.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Illinois, a Senior Leadership Course Certification from Carnegie Mellon and proudly served as a member of the U.S. Navy from 1987 through 1996.
Shawn Silbor Vice President of Sales
Shawn Silbor has 20 years of Sales and Sales Management experience, primarily in the Software Industry. Shawn joined e-Builder in 2013 and was one of the company’s top Enterprise Sales Executives before promotion to Sales Director and Vice President of Sales. As VP of Sales, Shawn leads all new business sales efforts for the US and Canadian owner markets. He is responsible for all facets of the customer acquisition process through the management of e-Builder’s Business Development, Field Sales, Solutions Engineering and Proposal Management teams. Shawn has had the pleasure of leading the sales process for some of e-Builder’s largest clients, and he is passionate about providing every prospective client with a world-class buying experience.
Prior to e-Builder, Shawn served on several leadership teams with software companies in the Aviation/Aerospace/Defense, Healthcare and Engineering markets. He holds a Marketing degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst – Isenberg School of Management.
Dan Conery Senior Director of Product Marketing
Dan Conery serves as the Senior Director of Product Marketing. He is responsible for representing the voice of the customer within the organization to inform the marketing strategy and go-to-market activities.
Throughout his 25+ year career, Dan has leveraged a unique blend of backgrounds from the architect, engineering & construction industry, project & program management, and software industry to position technology companies for growth.
He most recently served as Vice President of Business Development at Newforma, Inc. with responsibilities for strategic partnerships and acquisitions. He also served as Vice President of Construction and Owner Solutions at Newforma with the responsibility to launch Newforma into the Contractor and Owner markets. He also held key product roles at Oracle | Primavera focused on the contractor market.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rochester, a Master of Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
