Jonathan Antevy, Founder and CEO

Jon Antevy is an architect and recognized leader in the field of Web-based construction and capital project management software. Following his research of multimedia and Internet applications for the construction industry, as part of his Master's thesis, he launched e-Builder. Before founding e-Builder, Jon worked for several construction companies as a pre-construction services specialist. In 1995, he was nominated by Engineering News-Record as one of the Top 25 Newsmakers of the Year for being the first person to move practical construction applications onto the Web, and in October 2012, Jon was awarded the Construction Writer's Association most prestigous honor, the Silver Hard Hat Award. He holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from the M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Florida.


Ron Antevy, President

Ron Antevy has held various senior management positions in the environmental construction and services industries, including regional Director of Operations for Waste Management, where he managed 19 facilities with 200 employees and annual revenues in excess of $150 million. Prior to Waste Management, Ron held several senior operations positions within emerging companies in the environmental services sector. Ron is member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers. A registered engineer in the state of Florida, Antevy is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.


James Caza, Vice President - Product Development

James Caza has over fourteen years of experience in the design, engineering and operation of Web-based software. Prior to joining e-Builder, he consulted for IBM on their worldwide Internet systems. Before working for IBM, Caza designed and implemented database systems for the University of Florida College of Medicine. James is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.



Brian Norusis, Vice President - Professional Services

Brian Norusis is the Vice President of Professional  Services and is dedicated to ensuring successful implementations of the e-Builder product suite. Brian has over 15 years of software implementation and integration experience, implementing solutions for clients around the world. In addition, Brian brings a wealth of experience building efficient and effective technology focused implementations teams. Before joining e-Builder, Brian was responsible for key enterprise-wide software implementations at Alltel Communications, the 5th largest wireless company in the United States. Brian earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University and his MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he graduated with high honors.


Jim Godsey, Director - Marketing

As e-Builder’s Director of Marketing, Jim Godsey leverages his extensive software industry experience encompassing business strategy, global B2B marketing, sales operations, product management and business development. Previously, Jim has held a number of executive and senior management positions with several software and technology leaders, including Harris Corporation, PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards. Through his leadership at these companies, multiple millions in sales revenue have been generated with global marketing campaigns, strategic alliances and global pricing programs. Jim holds a Bachelor's of Computer Science degree from the University of Hartford and is Pragmatic Marketing Certified. 


Thaddeus Chuchla, Director - Finance and Accounting

Thaddeus Chuchla is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor's of Science in Finance and is an avid Gator fan. He also graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting. Thaddeus has over 20 years of management experience in the fields of accounting and operations with sales and service companies in Fort Lauderdale. He was also Vice President of Operations for one of the largest marine companies in the country. Thaddeus oversees all accounting and financial operations for e-Builder with emphasis on applying the Six Sigma continued improvement principle to the organization.

Trudy Evans, Vice President - Human Resources

Trudy Jean Evans is a Leadership Expert, Business Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. She serves as e-Builder's Vice President of Human Resources and in that role, Trudy is overseeing Human Resources policies and furthering the company's leadership development program. She is also responsibile for hiring, on-boarding and retention. Through her leadership practice, Trudy's personal mission is to be a positive influence in the lives of others and believes her success is predicated on the success of others.
