Ron Antevy teamed up with his brother Jon in 1998 to lead the company. Under his leadership, e-Builder has consistently grown over 30% per year - profitably and without debt. Prior to e-Builder, Ron held various senior management positions in the construction and environmental services industries, including regional Director of Operations for Waste Management, where he managed 19 facilities with 200 employees and annual revenues in excess of $150 million. Ron is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He is member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Florida. Ron is a member of the Board of Directors of the Enterprise Development Corporation of South Florida and the Software Division of the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA).
Jon Antevy is an architect and recognized leader in the field of construction program management software. Following his Master’s thesis research of multimedia and Internet applications for the construction industry, he launched e-Builder. Before founding e-Builder, Jon worked for several construction companies as a pre-construction services specialist. In 1995, he was nominated by Engineering News-Record as one of the Top 25 Newsmakers of the Year for being the first person to move practical construction applications onto the Web. In October 2012, Jon was awarded the Construction Writer's Association most prestigious honor, the Silver Hard Hat Award. He holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from the M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Florida.
James Caza has over fourteen years of experience in the design, engineering and operation of Web-based software. Prior to joining e-Builder, he consulted for IBM on their worldwide Internet systems. Before working for IBM, Caza designed and implemented database systems for the University of Florida College of Medicine. James is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
Brian Norusis is the Vice President of Customer Success and is dedicated to ensuring successful implementations of the e-Builder product suite. Brian has over 15 years of software implementation and integration experience, implementing solutions for clients around the world. In addition, Brian brings a wealth of experience building efficient and effective technology focused implementations teams. Before joining e-Builder, Brian was responsible for key enterprise-wide software implementations at Alltel Communications, the 5th largest wireless company in the United States. Brian earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University and his MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he graduated with high honors.
Thaddeus Chuchla is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor's of Science in Finance and is an avid Gator fan. He also graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting. Thaddeus has over 20 years of management experience in the fields of accounting and operations with sales and service companies in Fort Lauderdale. He was also Vice President of Operations for one of the largest marine companies in the country. Thaddeus oversees all accounting and financial operations for e-Builder with emphasis on applying the Six Sigma continued improvement principle to the organization.
Ms. Jeanne T. Prayther, CPA serves as Chief Financial Officer of E-Builder, Inc. Ms. Prayther joined e-Builder in 2014 and has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate accounting field. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Prolexic Technologies, Inc. in 2012 and 2013 where she led a sale of the company to Akamai Technologies for $400 million. She previously was the Chief Financial Officer of Maritime Telecommunications, Chief Accounting Officer of Woodbridge Holdings, Vice President and Corporate Controller of Mastec Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of Daleen Technologies. Ms. Prayther served with KPMG LLP, from 1988 to 2000, where she served as Senior Assurance Manager and her specialties included auditing, financial reporting compliance and the design and implementation of financial controls and procedures for privately held and publicly traded clients. Along with being the senior manager on various sized audit clients, she was involved in many initial public offerings and performed due diligence procedures for acquisitions. Ms. Prayther graduated from Bentley College in Waltham, Mass.
Charles Rossano serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and is dedicated to building a leading team and ensuring employee satisfaction at e-Builder. With 20 years of experience in the financial and technology industries, Charles has served executive roles at organizations such as Remote Healthcare Society and Driver’s History Information, LLC. Charles is a graduate of Rutgers University and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
