Mr. Birmingham’s experience includes providing construction consulting related services on large scale power and industrial facilities, correctional, university, health care, commercial high-rise, sporting facilities and convention centers. Mr. Birmingham graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, is a certified cost engineer (CCE) and a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP).
