e-Builder’s Cost Module provides financial control and audit features in a secure environment to help you improve how you manage your budgets across one project or your entire construction program. Create and track budgets during planning or construction, and conduct budget reviews, change management and payment application approvals online.

As a project progresses, quickly identify past, current and future costs, as well as commitments and changes. Forecasting features enable you to accurately predict the cost-to-complete and cash flow needs to avoid unpleasant surprises.

The Cost Module will also easily provide you with cost summaries across one or multiple projects, and drill down capabilities for you to access more detailed information. Information can be viewed in many different ways (e.g., by vendor, or by project type, by line item, funding source, etc.).
