Using Project Specific Websites to Improve
Construction Project Delivery

Given the highly complex, fast paced, and dynamic nature of the construction process, it has become evident that increased demands on all parties key to the building process place construction at a critical point in addressing communication problems plaguing the industry. One way to address this situation is via a Project Specific Web Site.

Attendees will learn about the latest technology driving PSWS, and how these are helping users leverage the power of the Internet to efficiently manage key project information to make effective decisions.

The webinar will be hosted by Robert F. Cox, Ph.D., currently Department Head and Professor of Building Construction Management at Purdue University.

Dr. Cox has taught construction management courses in estimating, cost analysis, planning and scheduling, productivity improvement, and construction project simulation in his previous positions as Associate Professor and Director of Undergraduate Programs for the M. E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction at the University of Florida, and as an instructor at Virginia Tech.
