Improving Project Planning, Execution and Delivery
The topic of leveraging technology to improve project planning, execution, and delivery is on the minds of capital project owners, as more and more organizations implement program management tools to improve business processes. During this meeting of the CMAA Local Chapter, industry professionals will focus on emerging technologies in the field of program and project management, and how these tools are being deployed by capital project owners to improve project delivery capabilities.
