In this podcast series (4) Patrick and James are going to be sharing insights on the Impact of Today’s Trends on Tomorrow’s Project Forecasting, to provide owners and other involved in the delivery of capital projects with information that can help them understand how economic indicators are impacting construction pricing.

They will also talk about how the current economic environment affects capital project forecasting.

About the Speakers

Patrick’s expertise includes program management, project team coordination, construction administration, design management, equipment coordination, and contraction negotiation and administration. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, and a Master of Science Degree in Land Development from Texas A&M University.

James Vermeulen has been involved in the estimating industry for the past twenty-seven years. He is responsible for the overall scope of work for the project including all versions of the estimate from draft to final estimate at each of the design stages. James’ primary responsibility on a project is overview, review and reconciliation, as well as providing high-level client support.
